The conference semifinals was a breeze for Boston, as they easily handle the Philadelphia 76ers, winning the series 4-1. In the conference finals the Celtics had to go head to head with Lebron James and the Cleveland Cavaliers. James proved himself the best basketball player in the world as he single handedly ended the Celtics playoff run. Boston lost the series in seven games, 4-3.
